Bananna as a sleep aid

For years, my kids had a banana at bedtime... I never realized it was helping them sleep. It did "settle" their stomachs and helped them feel full so they fell asleep more easily. Lately they've been declining the bedtime bananas -- Four years of them would burn out even a monkey!

I know when I was young I would eat a lot of them. Then one day I just couldn't eat them, I still liked the flavor just not the banana it self. It wasn't until recently that my mouth would allow me to eat one.
